TREKKING ON MT. BADARPOONCH TRAIL (6316 M)
The Mt. Bandarpoonch Trail is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular and impressive treks of Yamnotri valley, in district Uttarkashi on this trek, you will traverse this great Himalayan range & appreciate the sheer geographic diversity from the verdant, forested valleys & the flowered meadows (thatch) carpeted with wildflowers. Combine this with an interest in the variety of birds, wildlife, forest & wildflowers & the opportunity to view the many snow-capped peaks & you have all the ingredient for a highly rewarding trekking holiday in HEAT 2006 this summer even for the most laid back person.

| Day 01 |

INDORE- DELHI (Overnight Train Journey)
Arrived Delhi at morning , Transfer to Hotel. Allotment of Rooms and day is open for Visiting Delhi Monument (Self Visit) . Dinner on route by own Tiffin

DELHI-DEHRADUN (240 KMS, 6 HOURS DRIVE)
Departure from Delhi in a deluxe coach in the evening by 2130hrs. Overnight bus journey to pathankot.

ARRIVE DEHRADUN - DRIVE TO NARAD CHATTI (2100 M)
Arrive Dehradun by 0400 hrs for a 2 hours break. With packed breakfast by 0600hrs, drive further to the base camp at Narad Chatti (2100M). Arrive Base camp by lunch time. Tent allotment & day at leisure. Overnight at base camp.

ACCLIMATIZATIONDAY
After breakfast, option of visiting Yamnotri shrine (self visit) or acclimatization. Post lunch issue of rucksacks & luggage deposit. Overnight in tents.

BASE CAMP - KUNALI THATCH (CAMP I) (TREK SKMS/ 4 HRS)
The first day's trek climbs up to village pindki on the route to Jamri Forest.
The trek winds up steadily rising to the first camp at Kunali Thatch (2550 M). Fresh hot lunch at the Camp. Post lunch to explore the lovely forest area & various activities at the camp. Overnight in tents.

CAMP 1- KANDOWA THATCH (CAMP II) (TREK 7 KMS,4 HRS)
The second day's trek gradually descends down to village Madhes & then traverses through the village Nischeni climbing to Kandowa Thatch (2715 M). Fresh hot lunch at camp. Post lunch to explore the lovely forest area. Overnight in tents.

CAMP II-SEMA THATCH (3315M) (TREK 9 KMS/ 5HRS)
Finest day that everybody will look forward to for fantastic views of Bandarpoonch & Swargarolini group of peaks & glacier & the surrounding peaks of the Himalayan range. Evening at leisure. Overnight in tents.

DAY TRIP TO BANGALI THATCH
Bangali Thatch is just below the Gola Top (4100M), which is the highest
ridge. The peaks present amazing memorable views the entire
Bandarpoonch & Swargarohini range of the peaks. Even mountain hanuman
is also clearly visible. Return back to the camp for overnight stay in tents

| Day 09 |

CAMP III- BASE CAMP (TREK 15 KM /5HRS)
The last day trek brings one down to the base camp. While descending down,
the route passes through a lovely Nischeni village. Fresh hot lunch at the
base camp on arrival certificate awarding ceremony at the base camp will be
followed by camp fire. Overnight in tents

BASE CAMP- DEHARDUN
After breakfast, drive to Dehardun. Lunch en route. Arrive Dehradun by late afternoon. Dinner in Dehradun. After ¾ hrs. break, drive back to Delhi. Overnight bus journey.

PACKAGE INCLUDES
All transportation in deluxe coach from Delhi- Dehradun -Delhi. From Dehradun - Base Camp- Dehradun normal mountain 42 seater coaches will ply, accommodation in tents on sharing basis, all meals as per itinerary, all camping trekking equipment's guides & services of camp leaders.
PACKAGE EXCLUDES
Sight seeing & other expenses of personal nature.
EQUIPMENT FOR THE TREK
We provide all equipment for the trek like 4-men alpine tents at the higher campsites, carry mattress in every tent, warm sleeping bags, strong technical nylon fabric rucksacks. You are just required to bring your clothing & good strong pair of walking boots.
MEDICAL FACILTIES
Facilities for proper medical aid are available at every campsite throughout the trek. However those on special medication or with known drug allergies should bring their own necessary medications.
SAFETY
Extensive and painstaking preparations have gone into the planning of trek routes keeping safety in mind. Our experienced camp leaders have been constantly visiting the area to check all the details. Stringent safety standards are adhered to strictly, and only quality equipment is used.
CANCELLATION
The package price will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly. No refund will be entertained without receiving a cancellation request effective from the date of receipt of letter.
Notice of less than 30 days: Half fee refund
Notice of less than 15 days: No refund.
No refund will be given to people who are unable to complete the trek or abandon it due to any reasons.
CERTIFICATE
Every trekker will be awarded with a certificate on successfully completing the trek.
